Pharmacy First is an NHS service that allows you to get expert advice and treatment for a range of common conditions directly from your pharmacist, without needing to see a GP first. It's convenient, free, and available without an appointment.
Our pharmacist can assess, advise, and where appropriate, supply NHS-funded medications for the following conditions:
- Earache (ages 1–17)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs) (women aged 16–64)
- Sore throat (ages 5+)
- Impetigo (ages 1+)
- Shingles (ages 18+)
- Sinusitis (ages 12+)
- Infected insect bites (ages 1+)
Simply walk in during opening hours — no appointment is needed. Our pharmacist will assess your symptoms and provide appropriate treatment or advice, referring you to a GP if necessary.
